* How It Works * 

Got a hot lead? Here's what you need to know before you send it our way:
 

You get paid at closing — not before. We only pay out on leads that actually result in a closed deal. Not every lead will make it to the finish line, and that's just the nature of the game. No close, no fee — simple as that.
 

Every lead gets tracked. Once you submit a lead, we log it so you get credit where credit is due. 
 

Closing day is payday. When a deal is funded, you get paid that same day. No waiting around, no chasing us down.
 

New leads only. If we're already aware of a property or it's already in our pipeline, it won't qualify. When in doubt, send it anyway — we'll let you know.
 

This isn't a job offer. Being a "Little Birdie" makes you a referral partner, not an employee or agent of 4AM Property Development, LLC or its subsidiaries.
